Over five years at the boutique product agency, Flux Bucket, in Austin, TX, I progressed from a part-time freelance designer to Head of Product & Design, business partner, and the studio's primary operator. After joining full-time in 2020 as the lead product designer and first full-time hire, I implemented operational improvements that expanded our team from three to ten members and tripled our revenue. In 2021, I became a partner, leading our cross-functional team to deliver innovative products that transformed our clients' businesses. In Spring 2023, as my partners pursued other interests, I stepped up as Principal Operating Partner, continuing to lead and direct the business while staying connected to my craft.
